海霸磷酸铁锂电池在电动自行车上的应用:

   目前,我国电动自行车的社会拥有量超过300万辆,基本上采用铅酸电池,现在所有的铅酸电池为36V/10Ah模块, 总能量为360Wh, 重量12kg, 行驶里程50km, 100% DOD情况下循环寿命只有约100次, 每组电池的价格大约250元, 使用寿命只有6-12个月. 电动自行车这种和有前途的代步工具在很多城市受到限制, 主要原因是它所使用的铅酸电池本身存在巨大污染. 如果采用LiFePO正极材料做成10Ah的电池, 需要12块串联. 100% DOD 情况下的循环寿命可以达到1000次, 使用寿命为约为5年, 全寿命周期成本远远低于铅酸电池. 而且做成的电池模块只有3-4kg, 如果做成5kg的模块, 行驶里程就可以达到80km以上.
